Morning Walk

Out for the dawn patrol. Overcast at 0610. Rainy. Barkley is antsy. Lots of deer are in the woods and thickets. Halloween is nigh and the grounds take on a mysterious look. Quiet. Crackling of leaves and twigs as we move off the path and into the gloom. Who is in there?

Barkley at one. He had grown into a very large boy. He came to us from Hagerstown last December. He loves Don.

 We have moved in.  It is an honor to maintain this place.
