Harfleur

Early on a Saturday morning.
Trying to write and finish my fourth novel.  Coffee cup is close at hand.  It is barely 0700.  You would think with a head that big, something, anything would be germinating.

Graduation Day

Looking at a yellowing photograph of a long ago day.  Remembering who was in the seats watching a time of promise.  Even though as I recall, it was a cloudy and overcast sky.

Working away on 1745

Bonnie Prince Charlies from the Gallery of Historical Figures.

This site is fantastic, it brings the characters to life, and makes writing about them easier than just looking a dusty old portraits.  If you are a fan of history, go and take a quick tour.

I highly recommend it.

Up to page 252 in 1745 House of Gallowglass.  Making better progress now that my research is complete.
